Me and my husband went into rib shack this evening for lunch because we have never been before and had been recommended to go. when we walked in we were greeted by a young worker named Lilly, she took the time and walked through the entire menu with us, gave us a sample rib called a rib end, was very patient and gave us lots of recommendations. when Lilly brought our food out she gave me a sample of some new burnt ends they had and they were delicious! The overall experience was amazing and Lilly helped us out a lot, we noticed she was in the front by herself and let me say that girl is a hard worker! between taking orders, bringing food out, cleaning tables and interacting with us customers rib shack picked a great employee. Definitely coming back again for the food and the great service!

This place is by far the best BBQ we’ve had since living in Idaho. The place is so cool and cozy! Everyone who works there was sweet as can be!! I had brisket & chicken thighs with broccoli salad and coleslaw. Husband had burnt ends & chicken thighs with baked beans & broccoli salad. Everything was DELICIOUS and we absolutely can’t wait to come back!

The smoke permeates the tender brisket meat. cook. Nachos with burnt ends - fresh made cheese sauce. Lean brisket with chili and fresh cut potato french fries Excellent bbq.

Absolutely *amazing*!! I'm from Texas (so I know bbq, especially brisket and ribs) and that brisket and those ribs were cooked perfectly. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Definitely get the trash can, it's the most bang for your buck and plenty to feed our 4 adults and 3 kids. The sides were scrumptious, we had Mac and cheese, fries, onion rings, and spicy potato salad. The sauces to go with are so good, *love* the names. The dessert had us in heaven, such a scrumptious bread pudding! The service was lovely, attentive, kind, and friendly. The atmosphere made me feel at home, so much charm and attention to detail. We will definitely be lifetime diners here!

Myles, our server, went above and beyond to make my dad’s birthday dinner unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. He had great recommendations, kept the drinks full. His kindness and professionalism truly made the night special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Myles, for making my dad’s birthday so amazing! 10/10

Amazing service! Friendly, helpful, welcoming. Fun atmosphere! The BEST BBQ we've ever had. So flavorful and generous portions. We'll definitely be going back and recommending Rib Shack to our family and friends.

Been here many times for dinner but stopped in recently for their new breakfast menu. Really great selection with some meats from the smoke pit. Excellent biscuit, and everything was served fresh and hot. Really good quality coffee, too.
